Fostering Futures identifies qualified students through the assistance of several foster youth resources, including several college Guardian Scholars and Renaissance Scholars programs, as well as ILSP programs, among others. Any student wishing to apply for a Fostering Futures should contact their school resource center. At the current time we are providing scholarships to students from the following California counties: Contra Costa, Alameda, Sonoma, Sacramento, Yolo, Napa, Solano, Merced, Stanislaus, Santa Clara, and San Francisco.
